I would recommend you checkout Secrets of the Millionaire Mind. I just finished it today, and it covered all these points, and many, many others.

My prediction is that you’ll really like it, a lot more than this, because there is a lot of focus on the inner game, and after reading I have discovered ways I was holding myself back. Just by learning these things, I was able to make instantaneous corrections.

There is also tons of practical advice like managing your finances and calculating net worth.

Check it out, it doesn’t seem to be the same book as RDPD at all because it expands so much.
