		<description>How many hours of sleep are you having at the moment then?

I seem to find that about 6-7 hours is perfect for me - if I sleep over 8 hours i feel a lot more tired for some reason!?! Any ideas why?

Also I try to get to bed before mid-night on the days I don't go out clubbing, I read somewhere that has a big effect on how well and deeply you will sleep.
